These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RockitX websites, the RockitX AI Chatbot platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RockitX provides website design, hosting-related services, and AI-powered tools including chatbots, lead capture, appointment booking, and optional Google Calendar integration.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other users’ data.
• Resell or misrepresent the Services without our written permission.
• Use the chatbot to send spam, malware, or harassing content.

4. AI-generated content

Chatbot responses are generated automatically from your uploaded materials and third-party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for regulated industries (medical, legal, financial advice, etc.).

5. Booking & Google Calendar

If you enable calendar booking or connect Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to create events and check availability on your connected calendar.
• You are responsible for honoring appointments booked through the chatbot.
• You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the admin panel.

6. Fees & payments

Paid plans, setup fees, renewals, and prepaid credits are billed as described on our website or checkout flow. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

7. Intellectual property

RockitX retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.

8. Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockitX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if payment lapses. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
